Small sauce pan. Squeeze bottle. Small funnel.

Ingredients

  • 100g Demerara sugar.

  • 250g Granulated sugar.

  • 175g Hot water.

  • 3.5g Almond extract.

Make It

  1. Add sugar and water to a small saucepan and set over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until sugar is melted and thorouly incorporated into a solution. Do not bring to a boil.

  2. Stir in almond extract and pour into a squeeze bottle. Allow to cool to room temperature. Refrigerate for up to 3 weeks.
