Ingredients

  • 350g Filtered water

  • 500g Pineapple chunks (you can use cores in in the Vitamix).

  • 100g Celery stalks, washed and roughly chopped.

  • 60g Cucumber, roughly sliced.

  • 25g Lemon wheel, seeds removed.

  • 50g Spinach, raw

  • 15g Ginger, knob or minced.

  • 350g Ice cubes.

Make It

  1. Add ingredients in the order listed (liquid first).

  2. Blend on variable speed 10 (high speed) for 60 seconds.

  3. Reduce speed to 2 for an additional 30 seconds (this reduces foaming).

  4. Serve cold.
