Ingredients

  • 2 lb. Boneless, skinless chicken breasts.

  • 1/2 tsp. Kosher salt.

  • 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning (equal parts dried marjoram, basil, orgegano).

  • 1/2 tsp. Paprika.

  • 1/8 tsp. Black pepper.

  • 1 C. Heavy cream.

  • 1Tbsp. Corn starch.

  • 2 tsp. Garlic, minced fine.

  • 1/4 tsp. Kosher salt.

  • 1/8 tsp. Black pepper.

  • 1/3 C. Sundried tomatoes, chopped.

  • 1/4 C. Parmegianno Regianno Cheese, shredded

  • 1/2 C. Fresh spinach, chopped.

Make It

  1. Season chicken on both sides with salt, spices, and pepper and place in slow cooker.

  2. Stir together the sauce: add the cream, garlic, corn starch salt and pepper to a medium bowl and whisk.

  3. Stir in the sun dried tomatoes and Parmesan cheese and pour around and over chicken in slow cooker.

  4. Put the lid on and cook on low for 3 hours or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Stir in the fresh spinach.

  5. Remove from the crockpot and serve with pasta or as desired.
