Ingredients
1lb. (450g) Boneless, skinless chicken breast.
1/2 cup (160g) Good Quality Maple Syrup.
1/3 cup (60g) Stone Ground Mustard.
2Tbsp. (20g) Tapioca Starch.
Make It
In a 3Qt slow cooker, add the chicken.
Add Maple Syrup, Mustard, and Tapioca Starch to a small mixing bowl and whisk to combine until the starch is fully incorporated.
Pour mixture over the chicken in the slow cooker.
Cover and cook on LOW for 4-6 hours or on HIGH for 4 hours or until chicken is very tender.
Serve over brown rice.
