Ingredients

  • 1lb. (450g) Boneless, skinless chicken breast.

  • 1/2 cup (160g) Good Quality Maple Syrup.

  • 1/3 cup (60g) Stone Ground Mustard.

  • 2Tbsp. (20g) Tapioca Starch.

Make It

  1. In a 3Qt slow cooker, add the chicken.

  2. Add Maple Syrup, Mustard, and Tapioca Starch to a small mixing bowl and whisk to combine until the starch is fully incorporated.

  3. Pour mixture over the chicken in the slow cooker.

  4. Cover and cook on LOW for 4-6 hours or on HIGH for 4 hours or until chicken is very tender.

  5. Serve over brown rice.
