Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs. Pork Tenderloin.

  • 7g Kosher salt (if meat is not in marinade).

Make It

  1. Prepare meat: rinse marinade and pat dry with paper towels. trim any fat and remove silverskin if necessary.

  2. Preheat oven to 400°. Add meat to sheet tray and insert probe thermometer into thickest part of the meat. Set alarm for 155°

  3. Cook, uncovered, in oven until internal temperature reads 155° (carryover will bring final temperature to 165°)

  4. Remove from oven and let meat rest for 10 min. Slice and serve.
